The Everest Base Camp Trek is one of the world’s most famous trekking adventures. It is not a luxury trip, but it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that creates unforgettable memories. Every year, thousands of trekkers visit the Everest region to stand at the base of the world’s highest mountain, Mount Everest (8,848.86m).
This incredible journey takes you through beautiful Sherpa villages, ancient Buddhist monasteries, suspension bridges, alpine forests, and breathtaking Himalayan landscapes. Along the way, you will experience the warm hospitality of the Sherpa people and enjoy some of the most spectacular mountain scenery on Earth.
The trek starts with a scenic mountain flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, one of the world’s most famous mountain airports. From Lukla, you will begin walking through picturesque villages such as Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, and Gorakshep.
Each day offers a new adventure. You will cross suspension bridges, walk beside the Dudh Koshi River, pass colorful prayer flags, and enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas.

Another unforgettable moment is hiking to Kala Patthar (5,545m). It is the best viewpoint in the Everest region and offers a clear sunrise view of Mount Everest.
From Kala Patthar, you can enjoy spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumori, Ama Dablam, Lobuche Peak, and many other Himalayan giants.
The Everest region is home to the famous Sherpa community. During the trek, you will visit traditional villages, ancient monasteries, and colorful prayer wheels.
